Rugby: Injuries not as bad as originally feared

Taranaki rugby fans nervously waiting for Wednesday night’s team sheet to appear will be in for a pleasant surprise ahead of the Yarrow Stadium encounter against North Harbour.

Many Bulls fans would have expected the casualty ward to be full to overflowing after Friday night’s record-breaking 63-19 win over Hawke’s Bay at Napier’s McLean Park where, one by one, half a dozen players left the field crooked.
